Do you work with existing machines and legacy equipment?
Yes. Most of our clients have older equipment without built-in connectivity. We add sensors, gateways, and edge devices to existing machines without requiring replacement, allowing you to extract data from equipment you already own.
How long does implementation take?
A focused monitoring pilot for one production line typically takes 4-8 weeks from assessment to live dashboard. More complex deployments with ML and multi-site integration are scoped on a project basis after diagnosis.
Can I start with just monitoring before adding AI?
Absolutely. Most clients start with realtime monitoring and reporting to establish a baseline. Machine learning and AI prediction are added once there is enough operational data to build reliable models.
